Every booking is held with a deposit, paid through Paystack.

How much

The deposit is shown on the booking page before you pay. It's a portion of the service price (typically 30 to 50%) plus the cost of any add-ons you've selected.

Non-refundable

All payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. The deposit holds your slot and is counted toward your service total at the chair, so you only pay the balance on the day.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed but attracts an extra fee. Reach Sinachi on WhatsApp as early as you can if your plans change.
