Most of our customers love what they buy, but oils, serums and tools are personal, sometimes they don't fit the routine. This page sets out exactly how returns work, with no catch.
The 30-day window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. After that we cannot accept the product back, though we may still help, so do reach out if you are close to the cutoff.
What can come back
Unopened, unused product in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Shipping is non-refundable except where the return is because of our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, faulty product).
Opened product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The exception is a quality defect, if a product is faulty, we will replace it at our cost or refund you in full, including original shipping. Send us a photo so we can resolve it without needing the product back.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order reference and a sentence on what you are returning. Photo helps for defects.
- We reply within one working day with the return address and any pre-paid label that applies (defects only).
- Pack the product safely and ship it back. Customer-paid returns can use any courier; we recommend GIG or Red Star for tracked delivery.
- Once we receive it, refund processing takes 3 to 5 working days back to your original payment method via Paystack.
Exchanges
We do not run a separate exchange flow. If you want a different product, return the original and order the replacement, that way the refund and new shipment are independent and easier to track.
Damaged in transit
Open the parcel within 24 hours of delivery and check the product. If anything is broken or wrong, send us a photo of the box and the contents that day. We will replace it without you needing to ship it back.
