Because our products are personal-care items, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, but we will always make a faulty or incorrect order right.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the box and contents. We will replace it at our cost, with no need to ship the original back in most cases.
