We keep your data, like your hair, with care.

Sinachi Locs and Styles ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at sinachilocs.ng. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to take a booking, fulfil an order, and follow up after.

What we collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you booked, and any notes you choose to leave us. When you order a product we additionally collect your delivery address. Payments are processed by Paystack, we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm your booking or order, ship products to you, and follow up after your appointment. With your separate consent, we send a single newsletter once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of every email.

Who else sees it

We share your details with three categories of partner only: Paystack for payments, GIG and Red Star for shipping, and Resend for sending you transactional emails. We do not sell your data, full stop.

How long we keep it

Booking and order records are kept for seven years to satisfy Nigerian tax and accounting law. Marketing-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Customer accounts are kept while you have an active relationship with the studio; you can ask for deletion at any time.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cart and your session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, or for it to be deleted, by getting in touch. We will reply within seven working days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
